Refunds are only available within 3 days of purchase.

A refund will only be processed if the certification has not yet been generated for your account.

Once a certificate is issued, we cannot process cancellations or refunds.
How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@opendsr.com with your registered details and purchase information.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must request it within the 3-day refund window.

After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
